 Почтовый блок посвящен французской экспедиции FT4TA по случаю 60-летия первого сеанса радиосвязи с острова Тромелен. Шестьдесят лет назад в 1954 году Marc Jouanny, позывной FB8BK / T, присутствующий на острове от Метеорологической службы Франции, был первым, кто вещал из кораллового острова в Индийском океане. В рамках сотрудничества с ТААФ, 7 французских операторов, из экспедиции FT4TA с 30 октября по 10 ноября 2014 года, будут пытаться установить максимальное количество подключений радио по всему миру. Для повышения наглядности их работы, они должны будут установить один или более каналов радиосвязи с филателистической выставкой в Champerret (Париж), где будет почтовый штемпель разработанный специально по этому случаю.
